Our Bird Study

We started studying birds a couple of weeks ago. The boys have painted their bird houses and they are currently being waterproofed. The bird feeder, bath and min lake have been a great hit according to our new feather friends. So far we have been visited by or seen from our backyard:
6 mating pairs of Robins
2 Blue Jays
1 Cardinal
a bunch of Common Grackles
a bunch of European Starlings
2 Carolina Chickadee's
2 mating pairs of House Finch's
a couple of crows
2 Red Headed Woodpeckers
1 Red Bellied Woodpecker
a bunch of Mourning Doves

Micah has become our wildlife photographer. You can check out some of his photo's here.

What resources are you using for your bird study? ds just told me yesterday that he wanted to study birds this year. I have some resources already, just wondering what you are using?
