First Finished Lapbook!
Well we have now officially finished our first lapbook. Train-boy had a lot of fun with it, and it was great to stay with the same topic for a couple of weeks so he could really grasp all the concepts. He even started telling Daddy about how the bees pollenate the flowers so they can grow into apples.
We were lucky enough to see some orange trees at Walmart the other day that actually had oranges on them, so we ended up having our science lesson at Walmart, how funny! Daddy pointed out how most fruit gets it's color when it is ready to be eaten, and the oranges on the tree were green because they weren't ready yet.
Here is the second half of our lapbook:

I started going through Letter of the Week with my Little-one. He's not grasping much, but what can I expect.... he's 2! I'm not pushing him or anything, just trying to introduce the letters and concepts more than have him learn them.
