I am the worst person about letting everything get me sidetracked. I am so easily distracted. Today I did my bible study, straightened my room, made fruit smoothies, picked up trash in the back yard that the dog had scattered, cleaned the kids outside toys, made pizza, fed the baby, gave the baby his first cookie ( biter biscuit ), gave him a bath in the sink, and now I am eatting my lunch.
No school done today. I have to be better about prioritizing. It still feels like a good day. I better go do some school.

Apr. 23, 2008 - Welcome!
Isn't homeschooling wonderful! Even on the days we don't get to it! I am just so thankful that mine are home with me doing everyday things too! Normally, being a former PS teacher I am very particular about staying on a schedule. But I have learned that our learning goes much better when I am not stressed and everyone is really ready to do it. Just doing it because it was 9 o'clock on some days wasn't the best thing! I have to admit though that I do like the days where my schedule runs as I planned! :)
I enjoyed reading your posts so far! It is a wonderful place to share your heart and to testify for God. He is worthy of all our praise! If you want to add me as a friend you can!
