Apr. 24, 2007 - Flushed Away

Flushed Away is a great movie.  It had tons of big shot actors.  The only thing that I did not like about it is that it was not made with real clay.  It's a funny movie with a mouse that lives in London as a pet.  He gets flushed down and flows to the sewer.  He finds a female mouse and helps her battle the frogs that are after them.  Starring Hugh Jackman (The Prestige, X-MEN) Kate Winslet (Finding Neverland) Ian Mckellen (X-MEN Lord of the Rings) Jean Reno (Godzilla Fly Boys) Bill Nighy (Dead Mans Chest The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings King Kong).  Rated PG.

Apr. 19, 2007 - Spider-Man 1 & 2

About a week ago I found a web site that sells movies.  They had a 2 pack for both of the Spider-Man movies.  At a real cheap prise for those two kinds of movies.  Spider-Man is my favorite marvel character.  If you where to have one of his powers which one would it be?  Web-Slinging, Wall-Crawling or Super Human strength?  Mine would be Web-Slinging.  Who is your favorite villain in the movies? The Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Sandman, The New Goblin or Venom?
Mine is Sandman.

Apr. 18, 2007 - Superman Returns The Video Game

Last week end I went to Hollywood video and rented Superman Returns the video game.  Mainly because I needed more gamer score on my 360.   It only has 18 achievements but I think I unlocked 10 that gave me about 550 score.  Each game comes with 1000 score.  Superman will never beat Spider-man NEVER!  But it was a fun game to play over the week end.  I love making all the combo moves and flying at high speeds.  My favorite mission was probably the one where I had to get rid of the tornados.  It has just a little bit of the story that the movie had and a ton of Superman's villains all though the game.  It's a great game for kids and some other teens.  I wouldn't say that the graphics are the best but they where good over all.  To me this is a game to rent, not to buy I played it in one week end.  Now if you’re a fan of Superman then you would probably get and that’s just fine.

100% Fun 75% Graphics 50% Acting 80% All Right Game

Apr. 5, 2007 - The Pursuit of Happyness

Yesterday I showed my mother the trailer for The Pursuit of Happyness.  My mom thought that it would be cool to watch.  So I asked dad if we could get it he said "sure but I'm not going to drive."  So I drove to Hollywood Video and got it with my dad.  It's a great movie about this man and his boy who are trying to survive the world with very little money.  One day Chris Gardner finds a job and it’s up to him if he can get it.  It's a great movie for the family, a lot of drama, adventure and Happyness.  Rated PG-13 for some language.  Starring Will Smith (I-Robot, Men in Black) Will Smith's real son Jaden Smith and Thandie Newton (Norbit, Mission Impossible 2)

100% Drama 100% Family

Apr. 2, 2007 - Equilibrium

I got Equilibrium for my Birthday.  And me and my mom watched it yesterday.  It's an awesome movie packed with action.  After the 3rd and 4th World War a man named father made a poison that every one had to take.  The poison makes everyone not feel, and if no one can not feel anything there will be no war.  But that’s not all, one out of many decides to stop taking the poison and to go after the ones who made it.  To me it's a lot better than the Matrix.  It stars Christian Bale (Batman Begins, The Prestige) Sean Bean (The Island, LOTR the Fellowship of the Ring) Angus Macfadyen (Brave heart).  Rated R for Violence.  Music by Klaus Badelt (Pirates of the Caribbean 1, Poseidon)

100% Action 100% Sci-Fi 40% Sad 100% Music (the kind that you can't get out of your head) and 100% Great

In A Future Where
Freedom Is Outlawed,
Outlaws Will Become Heroes.

Mar. 29, 2007 - Spider-Man 3 the Video Game

I was reading a gamer Mag not too long ago and it said that the Spider-Man 3 Video Game will be in stores May 4th.  They say it will be the number one game of the year.  The Graphics will be awesome and also the story.; not like the last two games where they had another off the wall story more than what it was in the movie.  You get to be Spiderman and the black Spiderman and battle the new Goblin, Sandman and Venom.  I'll tell you more when I get my hands on it later.

Mar. 28, 2007 - Shooter

Yesterday my dad took me to go see Shooter.  It was a tough movie.  If you like shooter movies with sniping don't miss this one.  It's about a retired sniper who gets framed for killing the president of the US.  He now has to clean up the mess by killing the bad guys who tricked him in this little play.  He’s going to "bring down their play house."  I can only say that a wish I had his beautiful weapons.  His 50 cal. sniper rifle would be all.  Starring Mark Wahlberg (The Italian Job , Planet of the Apes), Danny Glover (Barnyard) and Kate Mara (We Are Marshals and 24) . It’s rated R for violence and some language.  100% Action 100% Shooting

Mar. 25, 2007 - The Prestige

Are you watching closely?  There are three acts in a magic trick.  The pelage, the turn then there's the prestige.  It's an awesome movie with two magicians fighting each other.  One tries to steal the others trick while the other is trying to survive to keep the secret.  A magician never tells his secret.  It's rated PG-13 for Violence and Disturbing images.  It also has a great cast of actors.  Hugh Jackman (X-men) Christen Bale (Batman Begins) Michael Caine (Batman Begins, 2nd hand lions) and Scarlett Johansson (The Island).

100% Trill 100% Action 50% Romance 100% Acting
99.9% Awesome

Mar. 23, 2007 - Deja Vu

I took my dad out to see Deja Vu for Christmas.  It was really though and my dad loves those kind of plots.  When we were on the way back from Romania we both saw it again on the airplane.  And it is a lot better the 2nd time; its like Deja Vu.  It stars one of the coolest actors, Denzel Washington.  And it has real sweet action through out.  I think that it will be coming out next month on DVD.

Mar. 22, 2007 - Battlestations Midway

About five days ago my dad rented Battlestations Midway.  It was an awesome game; you could be ships airplanes and subs.  My favorite in order is planes ships then subs.  I love almost all of the World War 2 games. My favorite is Call of Duty 2 and 3.  I have Blazing Angels and yes, that is also a sweet game. It’s a little though but it has the best of graphics.  Battlestations Midway is not the battle of Midway it’s the whole war in the Pacific.  Whenever I play, my grandfather who was in the navy in Vietnam, is over my shoulder watching. I ask him to play but he always has the expression of "No, I lived it."  If you are going to Blockbuster or Hollywood to rent this I would recommend it.  100% Graphics 100% True Events 100 %( to me) Fun and best of all it’s a World War 2 game.  Only for PC and Xbox 360, Rated T for Teen for Violence and mild language.

Mar. 16, 2007 - Ghost Rider

My best friend (my dad) took me to go see Ghost Rider on March the 1st.  I knew that the plot was going to be really stupid but I knew that the graphics and action were going to be Marvelous.   After I saw it, I was right 100%.  It is probably the best that I had ever seen Nicolas Cage play in.  It's rated PG-13 for a lot scary images for children under 12 (I think) and I think that's it.  My favorite part would probably be when Nick transforms into Ghost Rider and the next fight scene.  Over all I would give it a 5 star action, 3 star Romance, 0 star realistic.
