We have narrowed our search down to 2 houses. The first is a 3bedroom, 2 bath and will be completed the end of this month. It is only 1625 sqft, a cozy little home, not much of a yard but doable. It does have a lot of extra features, like covered patio in the back but no tile. This house will be equipped with 2" white faux mini blinds (which I love) The rooms are oversized so the boys could share a room. Aundrea's room would face the street (not to fond of this)
The second home is the one I feel in love with! It is 2557 sqft with 4bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 story, larger yard and 4 Live Oak trees-2 in the front and 2 in the back- and no neighbors in the back (can't build in the back because of a creek).This house has tile in the kitchen, all bathrooms, utility room and entrance way. The lovely house is equipped with a formal dining room, breakfast nook, a family room, living room, and a upstairs game room which can be used as a 5th bedroom or school room! We also have more space between houses. This is also a new construction but is completed, just waiting for us to move in.
So there you have it. My choices. |
