Aug. 16, 2008 - He is here.

We had the baby today at 10:54 am. He is 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 20 inches long. We labored for 9 hours, which is a terribly long time considering the last 2 were born within 2 hours. He is doing so well. He does have a bit of a low temp, but we are working to bring it up. We still don't have a name. Pictures to follow when we come home.

Congratulations!! I just found out at church this morning that you had your baby. How nice to have delivered early. I am sorry it was nine hours long though. Wow...different from your other two, that is for sure. I bet you are so glad and realived to have it all done and over with. We are thrilled for you and your knew little guy and we will be praying for you as you all adjust to this new little life. Praying that you can get your rest, Lisa. It is always so hard at first. I can't wait to meet this little guy and find out what his name is! :) Please call me, Lisa if you need anything. I am not far. Please call me too if you need to talk because I know how nice it is to be able to talk to someone. I am here always!! Just remember that!
