I'm going to take a brief break from my types of learners  posts, to introduce you to one my sons' favorite subjects-Japanese.  Although, my husband has been involved for over a decade with the Japanese martial art of Aikido, it was not until our sons' become friends with one of his Japanese students, that their interest in the language truly blossomed (and rekindled my husband's desire to deepen his knowledge as well). 

What's even better, is that I did not have to spend one cent on curriculum!
