Oct. 29, 2006 - Homeschool Shirts
Above is a picture of the back of the new school shirts I ordered for the children. I plan to wear them to the Library and the 3 other field trips we have scheduled for the year. The front of the shirt has a circle design with the same words that are on the back but inside the circle design. I will have to make a plug for http://www.hstees.com/ a cool website that is connected to a great group of woman who run a cool homeschool community called Homeschool Free Stuff! Anyway, I think the shirts are so cool and when we go on field trips we wont "loose" anyone! My children however are not excited, well, my daughter was thrilled to get the shirts but the boys immediately protested and said, "matching shirts, how babyish". Well perhaps my children have passed their prime of wearing matching shirts, But, I figured because in my four years of homeschooling I had never seen homeschool shirts that I would grab'em up. Oh well they are only kids once!! I am sure they will hate it, but, if you live in Summerville, South Carolina you will more than likely see my "chills" in their matching shirts!

Oh, how fun! Love the shirts! :) They might SAY they don't like them, but I'll bet deep down in side they'll love them, too! Do we get to see a photo of them all wearing their new shirts?
