Yes i am posting!!! I hope none of my "friends" are passing out right now. Please don't I would like to continue my friendship with you. I have been busy, since Thanksgiving my plate has been full. Enjoying every stressful moment. I was thinking earlier tonight, i don't regret being in ministry full-time and being a homeschool family...full-time. Of course like anything it has its bad days, good days, happy times and sad times. But, i can honestly say i have no regrets or "wish i should have done" thoughts. I am very thankful to be here in South Carolina (even though it is far from home) and very thankful to be at SFWC our place of ministry, yeppers, very blessed. Anyway, what is my latest, multitask queen projects...the Cheese Ball! Actually it is a Desert Ball, rightfully titled the Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball, I have a comical story concerning my mother-in-law and this Cheese Ball, i wont share it tonight, i will save it for later. So back to my project. The Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball is a Cream Cheese based sweet spread with mini chocolate chips mixed in, rolled in pecans and served with graham crackers. It is delicious and addictive! This year I have already made 6, some are gifts and some are being sold. I began the tradition 2 years ago giving my bank one all set on a platter with the graham crackers, and making the nice little treat for church events and our personal family gatherings, well.......from the bank relationship i have actually had a couple of bank tellers ask me to make some for them to purchase! I was like, sure!!! (I am always looking for ways to make extry $$) So i am on a Cheese Ball mission,,,,every spare moment i am creaming butter and cream cheese, rolling the yummy spread in pecans and wrapping them in wax paper. So, for any of my local readers......I am still taking orders, $7.00 each w/graham crackers! later!
