Yesterday we received our WinterPromise box in the mail containing American Story I books.  I think they look great and my boys will surely enjoy this study very much.  I think I will, too!

I was hankering for another one (actually, decided I HAD to have a new edition IG for LA1), so ordered from WP today. If I'm not too tuckered out come January we will join you for AS1 (we're starting AW in July, so a little overlap there). I noticed you had unsubbed from the yahoo loop, so I'm tickled to see you're still doing AS1 in the fall. I always gravitate toward blogs of mamas with kids my boys' age.

Congrats on box day!!
I hope you have fun with AS1 and I look forward to reading about it because we will do it eventually (maybe next year, maybe the year after that... we shall see what WP has for next year :) )
