Our Valentine's Day yesterday turned into a more special day than I could have imagined. Thursdays are always long days because my daughter has her music class in the evening, and we don't get home until after 6:30. I usually do a crock pot meal so we can have dinner together as a family after we girls get home, but this week, my hubby had a nice idea for Valentine's Day. He suggested we girls make a special dessert before we went out, and he and my son would make dinner while we were gone. We came home to a really special treat: a super spaghetti dinner.
