Recipes for Cranberry Relish

This is an amazing Cranberry Relish. And Super Duper Easy.

2bags cranberries

2 oranges

2 lg cans crushed pineapple. Drain well and reserve liquid

2 lg cherry jellos (you can also use cranberry)

2 cups sugar

optional 1.5 C chopped pecans use more or less to taste

First make jello according to the quick set method. Use the pineapple juice to make the jello. Put in fridge to chill. I use my Cuisinart to grind up the cranberries and oranges. Also don't peel the oranges, I cut them and devein them but leave the skin on. All of this gets mixed together with sugar and nuts and added to the jello. Let this sit in fridge until jelloy  I know that is not a word.

This saves well so you can make it a few days ahead.

My kids LOVE this. I just made this for our homeschool coop the other day and have already had calls for the recipe. It really is a keeper. I hope you all enjoy.

Blessings,

Andrea
