This is a great idea.... wonder if I could be diligent and consistent to do this? We do a Thanksgiving book entry each year, in which each family member shares the things he/she is thankful for at that time. Seems when the day finally comes around, we have forgotten so many of the Lord's blessings in that year. This looks like a great way to remember the highlights, and to remember to thank the Lord DAILY.

Wonderful idea! We have to get back to our "thankfulness journals...." make them "praise journals"!

Ahh...It's refreshing to see a month of blessings. I think I should commit to writing down my praises.

Oh by the way many years ago I did Weighdown. It worked, but then I lost focus and gained it all back plus some. I hope it works for you.
