Here are some more great books I picked up at the Red Cross Book Sale on Saturday:

 I have seen this referred to often for History and it will come in handy as it is a ready made timeline!

 This one's on all the reading lists for Ancient History.

 This book could be called "The Country Diary of a New Zealand Lady!"  Kerry Carman has included a daily nature diary as well as pencil sketches and beautiful watercolour illustrations.  It is great to find a book like this with plants, animals & seasons that are relevant to us here in NZ!  Here are some excerpts:

I spent just over $60 in total and bought all the above books, the art books in this post and a stack of about 20 novels, including some classics and others by some of our favourite authors.  Oh, the need for more bookshelves...!
