My goodness how time flies!  Between Dr appt's and life I haven't been on here in a lifetime it seems!  Ok here's the scoop!

I have been seriously changing the way we do homeschool and I must say the freedom we have is incredible!! What a yoke we were under! Well-Drained Minds is what we had and workbook overload!!  Though we've been taking a break since my printer broke and now that I'm at the end of my pregnancy, I have much higher hopes for more peace when we resume.

On to the Baby News!!  Yesterday was my 37 wk appt (I'll be 38 wks on Friday the 23rd).  I asked my OB to check me and after the lecture on how I may not be that far along, blah blah blah (she wanted to induce me on Monday the 26th) she checked and I am 5cm and VERY THIN!!  EEK!  She sent me over to Labor and Delivery for some monitoring to see if I was having any contractions.  I had some but not enough for her.  She sent me home.    I was a little disappointed because I am really ready to have this baby BUT I know my husband's schedule this week is crazy and if we can get him through yesterday and today it would be best for his sanity. 

So tonight we are bringing out the parsley, oregano and pineapple to get my contractions going!  I really think the oregano works.  I ate some Saturday night and all Sunday afternoon I had contractions like crazy.  I think it really helped! 

So that's the news that's fit to print.  Oh, if I don't have this baby sooner, I will be induced Friday on my oldest Son's birthday!  They will share a birthday!  If I have this one on Thursday then my oldest and this one will both have been born on Thanks Giving Day!  Weird!
