My little boy is just so sweet. Last night I was finishing up some stuff & he brought me the remote for the tv in my bedroom. he handed it to me & looked me in the eye & said "food neffwork??" I took the remote & went & turned on the tv & put it on Food Network. he gave me a BIG grin & crawled into my spot in the bed & said "Food Neffwork...Nite nite" Apparently he thought he was going to lay in my bed & watch tv till he fell asleep.

The other day my dh had a very long work day. Dakota was on the verge of a meltdown, the older dc were asleep, the baby was fussing & I was tired so I took both boys & went to lay down in my room. I figured Dakota would maby settle down if I turned on the tv. I turned on Food Network & he started to calm down a little & watch it, then all of a sudden he leaned in close to me & said "Good Eats?  Brown???"   He absolutely LOVES watching Alton Brown, especially the shows that have the burping yeast puppets on them.   Another time he saw a preview with Rachael Ray & said "Money, money, money... Rachel!!" (I LOVE watching $40 a day)

It is so fun to hear what he is thinking.
