what does he have against sleep????

5 am!!! Dakota was WIDE awake at 5am today.   I finally told him he could get up at 7:45 & what does he do??? He gets back in bed & falls back  to sleep around 8:15. Normally not a huge problem, he could sleep some while I make breakfast & get the dc started on their schoolwork but not today. Today is therapy day, he needs to actually be up so he can eat & get dressed to leave. Hes going to be sooooo grouchy when I wake him back up.

I feel for you. I have two special need children and their schedules can play havoc on life!!! My oldest is 10 and he's still up and down all night. We finally had to install a motion detector on our stairs to keep him from wondering around and getting into things (especially sugar) in the middle of the night.
