How do you do it?
I wish I had a dime for every time someone asks me this question. The truth is, I don't even know what the "it" is they are wondering about! How I keep my sanity?... How I am able to take a shower with a two year old in the house?....How I am able to go to the bathroom alone?....How I keep the house clean?.....How I can eat a two inch candy bar without dividing it between ten starving children? If these questions are any of the "it"s they are wondering about I can easily and quickly put their minds to complete rest. Here it goes: I have never been sane! (look at my choice of a husband)lol, I shower twice a year...every spring and fall, I believe in a family tub (kinda like the ever popular family bed), the children are tied to a chair for eight hours a day so they can't trash the house and I let them starve! Now you know just how I do it. (smile)

I ended up here by clicking on 'visit random blog' and am glad that I stopped by. I really needed the chuckle.
And even though I don't know you personally, I can tell from reading this post exactly how you do "it" ... you have an excellent sense of humor! We are currently expecting #7, and I know that without a pretty healthy sense of humor, I probably would have gone a little batty a long time ago :D
