Jo is the middle child and is also the main character. She is a little boyish (not just because of her name) but that's just her personality. She doesn't really care about her looks because she feels they don't matter much. And once she even cut off all her hair to help pay for her mother's train ticket, something her sisters most likely wouldn't do. Jo is a bookworm, and spends most of her time reading if not writing. She is a writer also, she publishes many books through out the book and once her sister, Amy, get's mad at her and throws one of her manuscripts in the fire. Jo has a quick temper and almost kills Amy because it was her only copy of the manuscript. Lucky for Amy, Beth didn't let her do as she wished. Jo gets caught up in a couple romantic entanglements which shows that she is a very friendly and caring person. You are probably a intelligent, independent, stubborn, and imaginative person. If this does not descibe you feel free to check out the other results. Thanks for taking the quiz!

        That's all for now.

Rain,Rain it has been raining since Friday. I will try not to complain about the weather, there's nothing wrong with rain it's just gloomy and dark, wet..I don't care about the wetness just the gloom. So much darker than the sun that we all like to see on a summer morning. But thre's just rain. It's not acctually rainy right now not sunny either, it's in the state of rain like it'll rain any minute though. And I could just keep rambling about rain and the weather all through out this entry but I should go on toa different subject.

Ahhh, I keep making mistakes with my typing, I'm trying to see how fast I can type. I'm going to keep typing "hey and hi" as fast as I can..you'll see what I mean (just something random)

hey bhi heyhi9 (forgot the space) hey hi hey hi hey hihey hi hey hey hi hey hi heo hi hety hi he4ytb (woah what was that) hey hi ehy hi eheh hi hey hiehtry hi ehtyy hi..ha ha ha. it's hard.

On Father's day I woke up forgetting, at breakfeast I remembered and it was too late to make a special breakfeast (my dad all ready had breakfeast anyway) so I gobbled my breakfeast, ran upstairs to fix my card, grabbed his all ready made coffee and put it on the table (He acctually made the coffee) Normally my sister and I would have been up before my dad we would make him a breakfeast (toast, bacon (blech), eggs, ham, coffee) and he would open our home-made cards. Usually pictures and poems we created. And we'd go to Mass and go out to eat. This year was different I didn't wake up early enough and my forgetfulness got the better of me. Then we went to church, and my opa (grandpa in dutch) came over for lunch and stories. And that was this year's Father's day. We're going to have a Father's Day/Independence Day cook out with my dad's side in a few weeks. That's the next event besides the Fourth of July coming up. We don't usually do much just watched fireworks in the parking lot at my dad's work..this year is very different.

How my summer break is going..fine thankyou!

This is it..summer break is here I have a poem I'd like to post on this blog so here it is

My joy cries out; but yet a sigh

A heart-felt leap; and though a cry

I find myself in the mist of day

Though the sun has not yet found its way

    A path lies ahead

Made of leafy bed

    Which one shall I take?

What road does it lead?

Alas, I must take heed

For a path has many doors to open

Dreams that whisper a name long forgotten

  A legend, a myth, a story, a prophesy

My Lord’s love is enough for me.

How did you like it? I felt like using a different color besides black for this entry so I chose green..then teal.

I also have a story that I'm working on and more than I can keep up with ideas! Well I can store these ideas until I'm ready for another story.

Last week we went to a dedication for our second youngest coming (the youngest is still in my Aunt's womb due in November, I strongly belive the UNBORN are PEOPLE too!) it was basically a blessing over the baby..the service was nice but it was missing Mary, Mary Mother of God. Why is she so important? Why do Catholics honor her? First of all she's the Mother of God..God chose her to be Jesus' mother, a sinless and pure virgin of God, Jesus grew up in the hands of his Mother and before he died he called to John, his apostle and His Mother, Mary. An said to John "John, behold your Mother. Mother, behold your son." It was then when Mary became our mother, Our Blessed Mother...The New Eve...that is why.

After the dedication we had a cookout, and played sports. Trying to defend one long wall by yourself in dressy church shoes can be very hard..I should get sneakers, though I'd prefer moccasins! I run barefoot all day anyway. The only sport I'm good at is Kneeboarding..not an everyday normal sport but it's a sport anyway. Tubing too, we only do those things once a year while on vacation with my family (Dad's side, we see my Mom's side every day, they only live a few streets away from us. They just moved so probably about 15 minutes away) I'm getting so carried away.

The pool opened recently I was the first in this year, though I only stayed in for 20 seconds, it was so freezing. My cousins, my sister, and I are having very good fun in the icy water this week. I'm so skinny that sometimes I only stay in for two minutes until I start shivering like mad..anyway that's all I had to write.

-Ashley or Lurell it doesn't matter what you call me (I'm such a random person)

A Twisted Entry.

Sorry again for not writing in awhile, It's May, My sister's 17th birthday is on saturday, we have a day off today since it's a Holy day of obligation...so I'll have more time to read, We have eight more days of school YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think some of kids don't like reading because they don't even try. I remember thinking reading was boring but now I'm a bookworm I guess beacause I tried.

I suggest for good reading= The Thief Lord , Inkheart, Inkspell, and Inkdeath by Cornelia Fuke, The Boggart , The Redwall series and The Hobbot.

On Sunday we got a bike rack so we went biking in Riverside Park, we're not quick learners so it took a half-an-hour just to get them back up, everyone was staring at us...well I suppose they've had bike racks for a number of days...this is a very twisted entry. Now usually I wake up around this time 7: 30 and  start school at 9:00 but something bad might have been happening in my dream..I don't remember so I woke up around 6:40 and we don't have school

        "Spring, Spring, Spring".....the trees whisper.

-Ashley

ps: sorry for the twisted entry...I'm better at writing stories so I shall write one on my next entry.

Spring*

I finnaly had time to write after trying to write all day, I haven't been on in awhile (not counting creating new blogs) having given up computer for Lent which is now passed as well as winter but Easter will not be over until the 31 of May, and then my family and I went to a Washington D.C trip, it was a very long ride including the traffic on the way, but it was cool to see the monuments and architecture.I would put some pictures I took in this entry but I do not yet know how. I have not written since January and now the earth is growing with grass (not in our yard yet) flowers are spreading thier painted arms out to God's sun. Silent buds are bursting with pride, everything is growing. Spring is finnally here.

Well, now I will write about new things I turned 12 in March, my writing has matured, and I have grown closer to God, now placing Him in the center of my life.
