Action Impact Missions - Sacramento Team

Pictures

  Our first presentation at a Convalescent Home! (These are some old pictures, and our team has since had a couple people add and drop throughout the sessions).

This is us again outside of a Veterans Hospital, where we went to different Veterans rooms and presented there for them. (Again, this is an old picture of the team). Our team leader, Michelle, is at bottom left.

This is the whole church group that went to the Hospital too. (The team is all in there somewhere!)

ACTION IMPACT MISSIONS TEAMS COMMIT TO:

* FAMILY ORIENTED MINISTRY:
AIM encourages families to be deeply involved in every aspect of this ministry and in the student's lives! (Acts 2:44-47)
* SPIRITUAL MATURITY - NOT SOCIAL ENTERTAINMENT:
AIM purposes not to insult today's Christian youth by assuming they need to be entertained, but instead empowers them to actively impact their world in ways others didn't know were possible! (2 Corin. 6:3-10)

* CHARACTER EXCELLENCE - NOT PERFORMANCE ARROGANCE:
AIM avoids the pitfalls of "performance oriented" groups by creating "Characters of Excellence" both on and off stage - teaching young people that it's all about God and not about us! (Heb. 12:1-3)

*QUALITY MENTORSHIP - NOT QUANTITY MEMBERSHIP:
AIM takes full responsibility for the depth (quality) of ministry training, and, unlike worldly ways of thinking, we leave the width (quantity) up to God. AIM desires first, for God to increase our territories deeper, and then only in His time, wider! (Deut. 6:1-9)

*ACTIVE MENTORSHIP TEAMS:
AIM utilizes Jesus' role of mentorship to train and disciple others. AIM's call is to disciple God's disciples to disciple the lost! (Titus 2)

*INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM ACCOUNTABILITY:
AIM's offers optimum accountability for God's people doing ministry in His name to ensure God gets all of the glory for the results! (Romans 13:1)

* STREET EVANGELISM AND SERVICE PROJECTS:
AIM goes boldly and directly to the lost, to meet them where they are and bring them into God's family. (1 Corin. 9:22-23)

* TRAINING AND STARTING OTHER AIM TEAMS:
AIM believes that whatever God has given us, we must freely give away, and empower others to do God's ministry. (2 Corin. 9:10-13)

* BIBLICALLY-BASED COURTSHIP:
AIM teens and families commit to courtship as the most effective ministry approach to pure relationships, staying in God's will for your life and finding God's perfect mate! (Rom. 12:1-2)
