A Life Better Than I Deserve

Something new . . . workboxes coming soon!
Well, King Arthur has officially recovered from suspected Swine Flu. However, Miss China Doll has now become ill! So, we have temporarily suspended school for the week as her temperature is approaching the "time to give fever reducer" stage. 
However, this has given me the perfect opportunity to try out a new system--workboxes. I had heard of them, of course. I had already been considering whether to use them, with which children, whether we had the room to set the system up, whether we needed to modify it, and many other thoughts when--lo and behold!--on Monday evening very late (when I probably should have already been in bed!) the e-book arrived in my e-mail.
So, yesterday I read Sue Patrick's book and went to the thrift store trying to find additional storage items besides what we already have around the house!  I wound up finding something I think will work for my older daughter. We will see. 
Well, I apparently do not have "enough space" to load my photo of plastic shoeboxes and my surprise item for my eldest daughter's schoolwork. So, you'll have to imagine a big pile of plastic shoeboxes loaded into my bookcase and my daughter's old-fashioned school desk.
I'll update more later on our progress with this and what interesting articles I come up with to fill all these boxes per child. Hopefully the next time, my photos will load.
