Wow, it's been awhile since I updated my blog. I guess I just haven't found the time. Well, a lot of stuff has happened since then.
I finished school for the summer!! And I'm loving it!! ^^
I also got Inkheart (The book) from Wal-Mart a couple of weeks ago. I loved it. And I just saw the movie a few days ago... I loved that too. XD
Joshua bought me Inkspell for an early birthday present... I love that too. Except there are three guys with similar names, and I can't get 'em right. :P
Wow, I'm sooo tired. It's been a long day... Well, I'll tell you about my week.
We did school most of the week, and pretty much my only interesting day is today.
Last night, my mom put some new parental program on our computer. When I got on this morning, I couldn't get online. So I asked her, and I had to use some username and password to access the internet. Next, she said that I'm allowed on Youtube now. I was like "What?? For real??". I only went on when my brother's say it's okay to look at one thing, and now... I have some freedom. So I'm watching quite a few videos now... :]
Anyway, I'm gonna post this video. The video is just pictures of couples, the song is a Celtic mix of Canon in D. ^^
So yeah. We went to church, and our regular Pastor is out of town, doing a Bible study at some college, so we had this other guy come. He was nice. His name was very similar to this Christian book author my family likes, so I got a kick out of that. ^^
His sermon was great. It was about praising the Lord, and shining for Him. He mentioned this guy that was his neighbor for about five years. A Christian family man, and he was Asian, if I remember correctly. He said that he's a legal citizen, and has a greencard. But one day in the Summer, he lost his greencard, and had to get a new one. And when they looked at his record, it showed he had done something against the law. But he never did anything against the law.
But they took him to this place (I forgot what he called it) with a bunch of criminals - murdurers. And they called him 'Glow', cause everywhere he went, they said he glowed with God's love. But don't worry, he got out last August.
On Friday, me and my family went out for a little bit. We went to Goodwill first. I got a couple of tee shirts, two Build-a-Bear's, and an awesome blue jacket. Then we went to the bookstore. I got a bunch of books. :3
Then we went to a prayer meeting. I'm glad we were at someone else's house, it would have been scary to be here during the storm. We had a good time. When we got home, there were shredded leaves plastered on the front of our house. When the headlights on my dad's car weren't on, they looked like they were gunshots.
So we move on to Sunday. We usually go to our cousin's house for Easter, and we didn't think we were invited this year. We actually found out that we were going a couple of days ago. Anyway... XD
The twins can talk now! One pointed to my Winnie The Pooh tee shirt, and went "Pooh!". I was like "Awwww!". Yeah, we had a good time. I just have a headache... Probably from eating too much candy. :P
