She has Wavy Charcol hair and light blue highlights. She has a Dalmation named Sparky Who has come to love Destiny and her Yorkshire Terrier Maggie. Starla Loves playing wit her Two Best Friends Danyl and Hannah. She does not like Bullies and will do anything to help the Victim.

Solution: Julie Shows the Petition to the principal
