This is my first homeschool blog!  I am very excited.  We bought our first sow today.  She is a big fat pink pregnant pig!  Her last litter was 21 piglets!  She is due in about 7 weeks so we will see.  We are hoping to sell the piglets, and raise some for meat and to breed for more.  This will be an exciting homeschooling adventure for us.   Alex will be doing 4-H Livestock club, hopefully with the pigs so he is excited about what that will entail.
