Our busy week with Nana

My mother-in-law is in town and we have been working hard! We froze 41 quarts of spaghetti sauce, and put up 21 pints of pickles! I never canned before, so it was a great learning experience. She will be here until Friday so it will be fun to see what comes next! School has been on hold while she is here, but we will jump back in next week.

That's one of my favorite parts of homeschooling. You get to enjoy friends and family, go with the flow and live at your own pace. Enjoy your mom and that's awesome about the spaghetti sauce!

I have never heard of freezing spaghetti sauce does it freeze well??
