I think we can all relate to what you are feeling. We have lost several of our members, and as I look around, we are an "older" church, and its just a fact of life that we are going to lose many many more of them. But it still doesn't stop us from hurting, or missing them. As church secretary, I interact with alot of them, and it doesn't make it any easier. I don't know how mnisters do it.
