I am posting at 5:14pm in the afternoon on a Monday.  You wonder why that is special?  Because I am usually in my Basics class at that time.  We got a walk today.  Chef had a meeting and so he left a take home test and a vocabulary worksheet for us to complete by a week from now.  So, coming home early makes me happy!!!

You know what else makes me happy?  I came home to a quiet house because the kids are still at Grandma's for piano and Dan is picking them up. ...and true to form I took that opportunity to be in the kitchen to make dinner for the family.  The routine and process of cooking is relaxing to me and it makes me SO happy!!!  (I know... weird... LOL)

Another thing that makes me happy today is that I have opened the Christmas music file in my Media Player and have been thoroughly enjoying some lovely Christmas tunes while working.  I am singing at the top of my lungs while I work.    I just wish it were colder outside...   It is a mere 65 degrees right now. 

One more thing makes me happy today...  Eating dinner with my family and settling in for a movie on a Monday night.  This just so rarely happens and I am happy about it...
