Lord, watch over my family!

Today has been a bit overwhelming! We arrived at our church for VBS to find that our fellowship hall had been
"tagged" by a local gang member or group. It will take some time to get it off. The words that were plastered on our windows were racist and disconcerting to say the least. It is a serious violation to all of us that witnessed it.
Just a little over an hour ago there was a gang battle 1/4 of a mile from our home with two cars full of gang rivals shooting at each other in a very family friendly area. This has NEVER happened where we live before but I am afraid this is not the last of it that we will see. I so want to move away from this place sometimes...
God help us and protect our families in the midst of a world gone mad!!!

I'm so sorry to hear about the things happening at your church and around your home. Praying for God's protection. It is so sad to see what is happening around us in the world.
I enjoyed your pictures and your post about blessing our husbands. Thanks for the great reminder.
