We are winding down the week in total anticipation of a break from our regular routine next week. The weather has turned off rather yucky. We went from highs being around 82 to highs in the 40s and lots of wind. When I say wind I mean WIND with speeds up to 65 miles per hour. Which are typical this time of year in our beloved Desert. We get the windy season, warm spring, extremely hot summers, monsoon season (yes we do!) and then it all moves into a mild fall which then erupts into another windy season without much winter around March again. LOL
Anyway, I Digress...
After several heavy posts I thought I would make this a light one...
D-Day is for all the D words we are enjoying today. My Daughter got up this morning and exclaimed that it was D-Day so this post is really inspired by her.
She called it D-Day because she gets to go play with her friend Daniel. She aDores this boy - not romantically for Pete sake they are merely eight - but they just have so much in common and enjoy each other's company. Oh, but thinking about the term Daniel Day is making me think of Daniel Day Lewis and the Last of the Mohicans and the fact that I just bought that movie for Dan on a sale table none-the-less and we sooooo need to see that movie this next week and ... I am so distractible... I Digress again... So...
D is for
Did school this morning in a

Delightful
