Adoption need!

James

I went over to visit at Mommy Life today and saw this sweet little face. Chinese officials have set a deadline on adopting James, who was born on 12/28/04, and time is soon expiring! After that he will be instituionalized for life and no more babies with Down Syndrome will be offered for adoption. Someone has offered to pay all of the expenses for James' adoption, they only need a family!! Go over to Mommy Life to read all of the details!

I would have more than one special needs child already if Hubby were on board, but at this time he does not feel led to adopt any other children. I would take them all! I watched The Inn of the Sixth Happiness with Christine last night and marveled that Gladys Aylward took in so many orphaned children, that people just gave to her. I asked Christine, "Do you think if we moved to China people would just give me their babies?", she smiled and said she didn't think people would do that anymore, and she squeezed my hand and smiled, because she knows of my want for more children.

If you and your Hubby are both looking to adopt a child, and you feel a tug in your heart for James, look into it...you never know what might happen. That is just what happened when my Hubby and I both saw Joshua! God prepared our hearts for him at the same time, right when he planned for it to happen!

I saw your comment on Barbara Curtis' blog, so I thought I'd come for a visit. Nice blog. I am looking into more info about James. My husband and I had a moment of screaming "yes!" when we saw his picture.
