Watercolor before and after...

Hubby gave me some suggestions for my tree, so I changed it up a bit, and I wanted to see them side by side so I could really see the difference.

What a lovely watercolor. I think your hubby gave you good advice, nice improvement. I remember in college (I was a Fine Arts major) that we'd line our pieces up beside eachother and go down the line, critiquing eachother's work, and the feedback was invaluable. It's amazing how much it helps to have someone look at your work with fresh eyes, or even to put it away for awhile and then come back to it yourself later.

Anyways, very nice, inspiring. How wistful the lady looks.
