OPEN AUDITIONS FOR CHRISTMAS MUSICAL
A CHRISTMAS CAROL
An open audition for the Childrens Christmas Musical version of A Christmas Carol, by Pam Andrews, is being held this
Saturday, September 23, from 2-4:45 at the Noel Wien Library Auditorium.
Rehearsals for all will be held on Fridays from 6:00 pm-8:30 pm, and a second time on Saturdays (1.5 hrs.TBA) for speaking parts and special numbers only. At this time, we are looking for a free place that large enough space to hold choreographed rehearsals. A facility with breakout rooms would be preferred, because we will use the rotation method for practice.
We are also booking organizations who would like to present the musical to their members. Open performance dates are all in December: Friday 12/15, Sat 12/16, Sun 12/17, Friday 12/22, and Sat 12/23. There will be no charge for the performance, but we would like to ask for donations of toys and gifts, which we will give to the Rescue Mission or needy families in local churches.
A $25 donation per participant will be requested to cover the cost of your Christmas Carol T-shirt, book, and CD. This will be due after Cast selection.
The following roles are available for casting for ages 3-adult. Parents must accompany participants who are under the age of seven. Roles can overlap. Cast A & Cast B, will be determined after auditions:
