Popcorn is the horse I like to ride.  He is a gaited horse.  He is a four-year-old sorrel foxtrotter.  My Grandfather and Grandmother got him from Missouri.  The reason I like Popcorn is because he is a very calm horse.  Sometimes Popcorn is a little laxy, but he does what I tell him to do.  One habit that Popcorn has is to try to eat grass on a trail ride, but I do not to let him.  I always like to keep his mane brushed out.  Once, when we came back from a trail ride, I brushed Popcorn's mane.  As soon as I let him go into the pasture, he rolled.  One reason I like Popcorn is because when we go on trail rides with other horses he does not care if he is in the front, back or middle.  And that is why I like Popcorn.
