Feb. 18, 2009 - my first match
My first tennis match was yesterday, and it had a little too much suspense for me. I started off well, winning the first four games, but half way through the fifth my racquet strings snapped and I had to use my spare. Because of this the next six games went to my opponent. (we play an eight game proset, first to eight games win by two, instead of a six game set) My coach let me borrow his racquet which is more like my good one.
I made a come back and won the next four games for the win. After that the #2 guy and I won our doubles game. Tomorrow I have to play a private school in Jacksonville, it will be quick. I just hope I get one game.

You did so awesome yesterday! My mom is calling you Roddick now. lol. I'm happy I get to go to your game tomorrow, you'll do great. My favorite pic of you is the one where your arms are crossed over each other after you hit the ball, you look good.

I like all the pictures too. I told my mom if I get one game we're going to Cracker Barrel lol. Anyway it will be fun getting destroyed, as long as I get a consolation hug.
