Can you help me? I am just not very smart when it comes to computer stuff. I logged onto my computer last night, and the sound isn't working. I have no idea why. The speakers are plugged in and the little green light on them is on, which tells me it is *supposed* to be working... but it's not.
Do you know what I need to check on my computer to find out what the problem is?? I mean... I put music on my blog and I can't even listen to it! LOL

Sometimes my speakers go to mute for no reason. In the toolbar or tray or whatever it is called, down by the clock, is a little icon for the speakers. It says volume when you hover over it. Anyway, right click it and see if it is muted.
I hope it is that simple. Oh, sometimes restarting works too.....
