Other July happenings AKA the BIG NEWS

We had a ton of playtime with our friends, which was nice.  We're still trying to squeeze in a few more visits before the summer is over.

The biggest news of the month though was this:

Maddie got a kitten.  His name is Moses.  I'm amazed at how he's growing!  And how fabulously Selden is doing with him.  We were really worried that Selden would refuse to accept him, but Moses has been here 2 weeks, and Selden is doing great with him!  Here are some pictures of our newest family member!

Moses was really timid at first, and would only get so close to Selden, before skittering away.

As you can see from the following pictures that I just took today, Moses and Selden are getting along great.  And Moses isn't so intimidated. LOL

It's been a lot of fun to watch this relationship develop!

The kitten still needs to go in for shots and stuff--maybe next week!
