I think I'm a bit of a sceptic, but then she does say not a lot works for her - me neither, so if it does work for her, maybe it would for me too? I am thinking about the no shampoo thing though. I've read it several places recently.
I used to be very good at killing plants too, but seem to have got better recently, not sure how!
