Dec. 11, 2006 - Owies and Boo-Boos
This evening I was sitting in the karate school, waiting for the boys to get done. The room was pretty full of parents also waiting to pick up their kids. Micah was sitting on my lap talking to Shelby, not realy paying much attention to the conversation I was having with a little girl who had bumped her knee and had a band-aid on it. I asked her what had happened and she said "I fell down and I got a boo-boo." Micah, who only hears the words "Boo-Boo" then whips around and states loudly, while lifting up his shirt for everyone to see, "I have boo-boos Mommy!!!" I just chuckled and said, "Yep you do Micah" and I try to get him to pull down his shirt. He then states, even louder, " AND YOU HAVE REALLY BIG BOO-BOO'S MOMMY!!!" and proceeds to pinch my b**bs!! I just wanted to DIE. But of course the only thing I did was laugh it off 'cause that kid is so darn funny.
