7 things I want to do in 2006
1. Lose 20 lbs.
2. Run a marathon
3. Plant a BIG garden in the spring
4. Have a family picture taken (the last time we had one done, we only had 3 kids!!)
5. Continue to become debt free!!
6. Paint all the woodwork in the house
7. Build a chicken coop and raise chickens
7 things to do less of in 2006
1. Eat
2. Complain
3. Procrastinate
4. Watch t.v.
5. Lose my temper
6. Being on the computer when other things need to be done
7 Ways I'm going to be a better wife/mother/friend in 2006
1. Put God first in my life.
2. Talk and listen more to my husband
3. Take some quiet time for myself every day
4. Call friends more often (I usually let them call me)
5. Be there for whoever needs me
6. Say I love you more
7. Give away hugs and kisses instead of keeping them to myself.
7 Scripture Passages I want to memorize in 2006
I know most of these but not by heart, and that is where the need to be!
1. Psalm 23
2. Ecclesiates 3:1-8
3. Isaiah 53:1-9
4.Jeremiah 29:11-14
5. Ephesians 5:16-21
6. Ephesians 6:9
7. Proverbs 3:5-12
7 Books I've never read that I'm going to read in 2006
I love reading, but I don't keep a list, I just look around at the library and go from there
1. The Purpose Driven Life (I've started it twice, just never finished)
2. The Lion, the witch, and the wardrobe (I want to read it with the kids before we see the movie)
3. East of Eden by John Steinbeck
4. The Cure for the Common Life by Max Lucado
5. Captivating by John Eldredge
7 Movies I've never seen that I'm going to see in 2006
I am not good at picking out movies, I just let my hubby decide, so this list is VERY short!
1. Spiderman III when it comes out this summer
2. The Chonicles of Narnia (after we read the book)
