Hello! This is my first time blogging. I've really enjoyed reading the other blogs. I am a homeschool mom of two boys. Their favorite thing to do is cook and bake. We end up with so much food that my husband takes most of it to work with him for the others he works with.
Here is their favorite cookie recipies:
Chiffon Drop Cookies- Jacob's Favorite (given to me by my Mom)
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup margarine
1 egg white
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls two inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheeet. Bake at 400* for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges ae browned. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
We love to add chocolate or peanut butter chips to ours!
No Bake Cookies- Samuel's Favorite
2 cups sugar
3 Tbs. cocoa
1 stick of butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
Boil for 1 minute.
Add:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups rolled oats
1 tsp.vanilla
Mix well. Drop on waxed paper. Best to store in refrigerator.
To make them White, just omit the cocoal; add 2/3 cup peanut butter; 1/3 cup marshmallow cream.

My boys(7 & 6) love to cook. My little girl does as well. Thank you for sharing the recipes. I am going to put them in my to try pile.
