Today Samuel, my oldest, had his 9th birthday party (his b-day is Nov.5). A costume one. Seven of his friends came. They mostly played Star Wars with their light sabers. They the walked down to the creek. My last words to them were to stay dry. Well, only two stayed dry! So, the others went home wearing Sam's clothes. My husband reminded me that boys are never going to stay dry around a creek. I guess I don't understand boys very well. I know that girls would stay dry and probably not even want to hike to the creek in the first place! Well, I'll write more later, we are off to go out for dinner! A once in a while treat! Hope it's Mexican
