Feb. 2, 2006 - I'm Back
Well, it's been awhile since I've written my blog. The holidays and family illnesses have taken up much of my time. We are definately back in the swing of schooling. At this time of the year I start to get nervous that we are covering everything we need to cover. We have yet to get any signaficant snow. We want some, maybe for a week.
I have ventured on a healthy way of living. I have dropped 10 pounds so far. I started weight trainging today. Boy, are my muscles weak!
I am not going to call it a diet because I have never been able to stay on one. I am just cooking lighter and eating healthy foods. My family has been too. They complain, but I think they will get used to it.
My husband returned from Japan last weekend. He was there on business. It was his first time. He enjoyed it.
If any one has some healthy recipies let me know. I will include my latest find.
Hope the New Year bring all of you health and joy!
