March 24th 2009, born; Rachel Leanna
March 26th 2009, Ms. Laturnue goes home to be with the Lord.
God certainly does work in strange ways. On Tuesday a very sweet lady in our church had a baby girl. On Thursday, another very sweet lady in our church passed away. There have been other people in our church who have lost family members lately. I think that it is such a blessing that a beautiful life entered our world, our church and our lives just two days before another beautiful life exited our world, our church and our lives. Ms. Laturnue will always be missed by everyone but we will see her again one day. I am very sad that I did not get to know her better, and I pray that through her testimony many lives will be reached for the Lord. Please pray for little Rachel's family as they adjust to having another wonderful blessing in their lives, and pray that Ms. Laturnue's family and friends will be comforted during this hard time and that they will be reached for the Lord. Thank you so much.
I sent many people a message about the RED ENVELOPE DAY just a few hours ago and I have already received quite a few replies that they are going to participate. Thank you all so much. My heart is dearly blessed. Even though abortion really has nothing to do with me personally, in a sense, it does. As a Christian it is my duty to stand up for what is right and Biblical in this corrupt world.
(Note: This part of my entry will be a little more comical than the other parts. :p)
A few years ago my little sister, Holly, ate a DOUGHNUT and swallowed her lose tooth. I don't know what is up with this girl. We were sitting in service tonight and all of a sudden, Holly asks if she can go to the bathroom. Meanwhile, I'm thinking, "Church just started and you need to go to the bathroom?". Then I figured out that she was messing with her tooth and then bit it, or something, and her tooth came out. IN THE MIDDLE OF SERVICE!!!! Boy, I don't know what on earth I would do without that girl. She always makes me laugh.
Well, I should get to bed now.
We have a busy day tomorrow. We have a lot of school to do, I'm working tomorrow evening and I would like to get my hair cut.
Anyway, I'll talk to you all later.
