• Dec. 23, 2008 - Happy Kwanzaa

Happy Kwanzaa to you everyone.

Kwanzaa is an African American holiday celebrated the day after Christmas.   This is a holiday celebrating family, community, purpose, creativity, works, spirituality.

N is excitedly looking forward to celebrating Kwanzaa.  This year I introduced him more to the holiday by us creating a simple lapbook about the holiday.
