I am going to be starting a food log in order to remain accountable about my food choices. I'm not sure if I will continue recording it on here but I will start here because I'd rather not have to create a new blog just yet and I'm comfortable with this set up.
Anyhow this morning for breakfast/lunch I am having (I slept in, I LOVE saturdays) a mango, a bagel with cheese and a coffee. YUM!
I have no idea what I will be having for snack or dinner. I understand that planning helps aviod making poor choices and binging.
Last night I did well, I did have two molasses oatmeal cookies but that's all. Normally I have tons of food and go to bed feeling ashamed and frustrated.
