It is Christmas time. dah... Really???
Yeah it is. So I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas. Here we go.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
I work at Radio Shack. I am shocked that nobody says Merry Christmas. I Haven't been alive for that long but I could remember a time when everybody said Merry Christmas. But now not customers not even my Christian co-workers, they all say Happy Holidays. I think they are afraid of offending someone. The amount of people that would actually be offended at someone saying Merry Christmas is very small. When I wish someone a Merry Christmas they wish me one back because they know I am not offended by it.
Why would someone be offended by Merry Christmas? I don't know. Maybe they don't want to be reminded of the real meaning of Christmas Christ. If these people believe that the birth of Christ was just a story why are they so adamant? At our house we don't do Santa Clause. We don't believe in Santa Clause. I am not offended by Santa and why would I be he is just a story. Similarly those that believe the birth of Christ is just a story, I would think it wouldn't bother them. But maybe deep down they are scared because they are not sure he is just a story. Maybe the the real reason that people are offended by Christ in Christmas is they don't want to think about it. If Christ was born there is a God. If there is a God there is a heaven. If there is a heaven there is a hell. This is what people don't want to think about.
Don't let them forget it! Say Merry Christmas to everyone every where!!! I am.

I totally agree with you. It is a little aggravating at how many people don't like to say HO HO HO MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!! Ok well you know what I mean. Good post!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah running outside is a lot better that hanging upside down.....but not in -20 weather..... brrrrrr Is it really that cold up there? I have decided that it has to be at least 15 degrees out for me to go for a run.....anything below that is waaay to cold. Does your mom run in the winter?
Oh....and no we weren't chatting online.....I don't remember what we were doing..

Nobody, I mean NOBODY says Merry Christmas anymore!! wow and I am younger than you and I still remember a time when everyone did!!!!!!! most people aren't allowed to say that at thier work unless a costomer says it to them first!
whenever someone says happy holidays to me I just reply "Merry CHRISTmas!!!!"

Your right, people are just to afraid to say Merry CHRISTmas, because it reminds them of the real reason why we celabrate Christ birth. But what they don't realize is that when they say "Happy Holidays" is they are basically saying happy HOLYdays.(holidays) Because it really is a Holy day we celabrate. Thanks for sharing!
