Jun. 10, 2009 - The last entry of the 16 year old storm spotter!

Hi everyone! I'll keep blogging but tomorrow I'm turning 17!

I trust everyone is having a good summer vacation if they you do that sort of thing.

I am really exited to have the opportunity to work as a lifeguard and a camp counselor this summer! (Lord willing) I will need to pass my lifeguard training course. I am not worried about passing the training. But I am worried about passing the prerequisite test. For that I must swim 100 yards in the front crawl 100 yards in the breast stroke and 100 more in the front crawl. all without stopping. I just swam that tonight. I felt like I was drowning. Two days after the lifeguard training I leave for camp!

You had me worried there for a second! I'm glad you're not leaving HSB, I always enjoy reading your entries.

Wow, that test sounds tough (especially because I am not a very good swimmer.

Are you going to the same camp as Jessica?
