We made oatmeal cookies, because we felt like it. Also pregnant craving
Picture coming if I can get any before they disappear. They eat them hot out of the oven.
Thu 11 October 2007 - Working without a curriculum
It's unchartered territory for me.
Our first 2 years homeschooling was 100% Abeka.
Then unit studies utilizing KONOS. That was wonderful for my boys.
The past few years I've used a mixture of curriculums that suited each child
personally. Right now I am scouring the internet and reading books related to what the
kiddos need to know and checking them out from the library with my teachers card.
SO we are living at the library! I may try to get a few books if DH gets a bonus if the kids don't want something expensive for Christmas.(an entirely new post)
I am trying to figure out the logistics of homeschooling my kiddos. I am homeschooling high school. One middle schooler, one elementary, and one preschooler. I am finding it difficult to get all of my children to work independently. I feel pulled in 6 different directions. I need some clues from some more seasoned homeschooling moms than I.
