Days Like These... | |
Homeschool ConventionI can not wait until the end of July for the Homeschool Convention! I enjoy it so much. This is the first year I get to take my soon-to-be 8th grade son. Seminars, friends, books, Starbucks, lunch, encouragement, and fun with my son will be a great time. Hope to see you there! Julia PS...I cleaned one bathroom today...but very thoroughly! Tomorrow...you better look out bathroom number 2. MissouriIt has been so long since I've blogged. So long, that it doesn't even begin to describe how long it has really been. But I need to stop babbling and type. My family and I are taking a little break from homeschooling for a couple of days. The kiddies are visiting my parents on a little ranch outside of Paso Robles area. FB and I are in St. Louis, Mo ALONE. He was invited back by his work to their annual convention. So I tagged along. We arrived yesterday and leave Sunday (assuming the storm coming doesn't snow us in... FB is okay with that thought too!) So he is in meetings about 6 hours a day and I get to hang out with the ladies. This is a good company with a lot of family oriented, conservative, God serving people. God was and is awesome. He knew FB needed a job like this where he could work with his strengths as God continues to strengthen him in new areas. Happy homeschooling, Julia |
