Monkey Bread

Hello everyone!  I have a new recipe, my kiddies just love.  (Plenty of sugar!)  Anyways, it was given to me from my Pastors' family.  She makes in on special occasions for everyone and we have been too.  We just love it, because it's so easy.

Monkey Bread

2 cans of biscuits (20 biscuits total)

1/2 cup of butter

1 cup of packed brown sugar

1/4 cup of water

1 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Preheat oven to 450F.  Grease bundt pan with butter/oil spray.  Seperate the 20 biscuits and cut them into fourths.  Mix butter, sugar, water, and cinnamon in medium pot on medium heat until butter is melted.  While butter is melting stir as needed.  Remove pot from heat and dip biscuit pieces (about 20 pieces at a time) into butter mixture.  Using a slotted spoon drain butter mixture off of biscuit pieces as you place them in the greased bundt pan.  After dipping all biscuit pieces and placing them in pan.  Take leftover butter mixture and pour over the pieces in the bundt pan.  Bake for 20 mins at 450F.  Once out of oven, invert pan onto a plate - Careful its hot!!  Enjoy!
